The first US portfolio is here. Overall theme of US asset allocation is avoiding USD assets because of US current account deficit. Therefore there is no US equities in the portfolio. Instead natural resources(23.4%) and Asia equities(58.5%) are overweight. However Asia is not immune to US problems because US market is Asia's largest export market. In spite of this concern, Asia is still overweighted disproportionally due to cheap valuation. Europe is not viewed favorablely(slow growth and structural problems), for the reason of divesification, 17.4% of portfolio has been allocated this asset class. Performance comparison between the portfolio and Wilshire 5000 for the past three months can be found here. The sharp rises and drops are due to deposits and withdrawals respectively.
